Description: $500/month is for the room only, no meals, includes laundry, and wireless internet. $690/month includes 3 meals, laundry, wireless internet, local telephone, satellite TV and more. We are looking forward to helping you feel at home. We are fluent English speakers and can assist you with your studies. - The room is furnished, and we already have bedsheets, comforters, blankets and towels, laundry room, and washer & dryer. - If you prefer meals: we will provide 3 meals a day (including a box lunch for school). The food is very good and always changes with the season and reflects what is fresh at the market. - We're very happy & enjoy life and love to laugh - no drama. We don't smoke or use drugs. - 5 minute walk to Douglas college, 10 minutes to Skytrain and close to Library and Supermarkets. 1 block to the park, many restaurants,shopping mall, and stores nearby - Skytrain to downtown Vancouver is a 25 minute ride. - We are an Asian/Caucasian (gay & married) couple, and both work 5-6 days a week, so are usually in bed by 11 on weeknights. Some of our roommates stayed with us for years, and are now close friends.
